Questions

What Claude numbers can Notch Metrics show?
Notch Metrics reports 4 Claude numbers: tokens, input tokens, output tokens and api spend. Each one is a widget you place in the MacBook notch, sized from a single square up to the full width.
How do you connect Claude to Notch Metrics?
Sign in to notchmetrics.com, choose Claude and paste your key. Console → Settings → Admin keys. Workspace-scoped keys cannot read usage, and individual accounts have no Admin API.
Does the Notch Metrics Mac app hold my Claude key?
No. Our server calls Claude and hands your Mac a normalised number. Your Claude credential is encrypted with its own key, bound to your account and the provider, so a row copied anywhere else does not decrypt.
What does Claude in the notch cost?
Every connector is included, with no per-integration charge. Notch Metrics is $9 a month or $49 a year, after a seven-day trial that needs no card. Claude counts as one of the connectors on every plan.
